Nothing is standard
Camelot makes bespoke wood burning real open fires. We intentionally don't offer standard accessories - we can't really, because every fire is different. We do, however, often see how a small addition to the core of a fire (dogs, grate and canopy) could complete a fitting. In these situations we can offer accessories.  open fire accessories

Additional fireplace furniture
An accessory can take the form of a light detail brass or steel surround to compliment a canopy. Sometimes additional detail within the fire, in the form of cast fire back plates from handmade patterns, are requested, carrying personalised motifs. Fire guards are another obvious addition to a new fire.

 

Tools

Lots of people make tools. There's no point in us trying to match these companies so we don't. If asked, what we will do is draw upon our experience of fire design to create a tool set for a client. Sometimes traditional, sometimes more modern, our pokers, forks and shovels always aim to do their job and look great when resting near the fire.
