We recognise that commercial clients require different services from our private clients. As such we offer: design consultancy, site visits, open fire consultancy, installation, and service back-up.

Design consultancy

Site visits

Our design service is geared to work with architects and other specifiers in a complimentary fashion. We can design to our brief in the context of the overall project, or to a specific brief we are given. The service always includes visuals ahead of delivery, and we will address known concerns such as ventilation using relevant experts. Sometimes our clients request we take the lead regarding the provision of a total fire solution. If required we can undertake site visits at any stage of a project for pre-agreed amounts. The result of any site visit will be a written report with relevant recommendations and actions. We are happy to liaise with site managers or other sub contractors. Open fire consultancy

Installation

On occasion our commerical clients just need some support to identify what options are open to them. We can put together packages that will identify the options with priority and likely effect. Should you wish to discuss any specific project, contact us by phone or email for an initial discussion.

With contactors on-site it often makes sense they install a fire, as long as they are qualified. If required Camelot is more than happy to arrange the installtation of one of our fires. We have experience of working on site with other sub-contractors.

Service back-up

Wood burning open fires are not complicated and generally keep going as long as the chimney is swept. We also provide a renovation service to give the whole fire a visual lift.
