We know our Thermovent convector fire inside out. When a new customer asks us to work with them our focus is on their home, their needs and their aspirations. By taking time to speak with clients, visiting the fire location, researching and developing bespoke design drawings of their fire in their home we create a clear understanding of what a Camelot Thermovent fire could achieve for every client before we start to make it. Home survey
The point where customers invite people into there home is often the most worrying part of any home improvement. Thats why we are taking time to identify accredited professional installers who know what they are doing. In addition, we expect more. We ask all our installers to take on board a clear methodology for all Camelot installations, which covers client information ahead of arrival, installation, testing, client approval of the installation and clean up before exit. We also conduct 100% satisfaction surveys on all our installations.
Today its possible to acquire a much greater understanding of a fires environment and our clients needs using email, the internet, digital cameras etc. We use these extensively to inform the early part of our conversations, but in most cases we believe a visit to survey the fire is crucial, to ensure that when the fire is fitted it works and looks as intended.
