"Just thought I would send you an email to let you know how we are getting on with our fire. We LOVE IT!

It took about 10 fires to get going, and now the bed of ash helps the draw and I am no longer having to nurse it all evening. It lights easily and throws out lots of heat. The booklet was a great help and has taught me how to lay a good fire!

I also love the fireguard and feel completely confident leaving the fire unattended. The fire has transformed the room and also changed the way we use the house – we all sit in the drawing room in the evening – the dogs have the best seat right in front of it.

"We had nearly given up hope of finding a suitable open fire for our antique French marble fireplace when I came across the Camelot website. Paul and his father were able to overcome all the problems and create a fire to fit our fire surround which none of the previous companies had offered to do.

The fire looks as if it has always been there. Not only does it look good but if gives off far more heat than a standard open fire and it doesn't smoke - which was the case previously."

'We would just like to say a big thank you for all your assistance with the project we recently worked on together.

The installation was very unusual and something we had never been asked to carry out before. From the first point of contact with yourself we felt confident that you were the right company in helping us achieve our clients unusual request for their 2 x fireplaces.

The site meeting you attended with our surveyors was very beneficial and your input was a great help. You even went as far as returning to site on our behalf to discuss the fireplace openings required to suit the cast iron fireplaces with the onsite contractors to ensure that they were created in line with the cast iron fireplaces your were manufacturing.

We received regular updates throughout each stage of the project and you even assembled the fireplaces before they were delivered to us (sending us images) to ensure that all was correct before they left you. Very clear and precise installation guidelines were also sent to us prior to our installation date so that our installers were fully prepared to carry out the installation.

This project was on a tight deadline and the fireplaces were manufactured and installed within the specified deadline without any problems.
All in all we feel that we received an exceptional and professional service from you'

Having tried many combinations to resolve a situation with a fire
that would not work or give any heat this client, who's Thermovent fire
was installed in June, recently told us:

'We have used the fire regualrly since the temperatures dropped
and it works very well. In fact my wife has had to open the door
